What if my package is lost or stolen?
We’re not responsible once it leaves our facility. File a claim with the carrier.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Worldwide. Customs or import fees are your responsibility.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $40 (U.S. only). Anything under that is calculated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?

Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t get my package.
Check with your neighbors, building manager, or local carrier. Once it’s marked delivered, it’s out of our hands.
