Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: No. All sales are final. No size swaps, no exchanges, no returns.

A: No. Once you order, it’s yours.
Q: What if I got the wrong item or something defective?
A: That’s on us. Contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll fix it.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location and carrier.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Worldwide. Customs or import fees are your responsibility.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Free shipping on orders over $40 (U.S. only). Anything under that is calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I order?
A: No. Double-check your details before you checkout.
Q: Can I combine two separate orders into one shipment?
A: No. Every order ships separately.
Q: Do you provide tracking numbers?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t get my package.
A: Check with your neighbors, building manager, or local carrier. Once it’s marked delivered, it’s out of our hands.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We’re not responsible once it leaves our facility. File a claim with the carrier.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Sometimes. Sometimes not. If you want it, don’t wait.
Q: How do I know my size?
A: Use the size chart on each product page. We don’t do exchanges, so measure twice, buy once.
Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Q: How should I wash my clothes?
A: Cold wash, inside out. Air dry if you want it to last longer.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Not right now.

A: Rarely. When we do, it’s limited and doesn’t last long.
